The Caledonian Stadium will host the AGM.

It is scheduled to take place at the Caledonian Stadium on Thursday, December 19 at 7.30pm.

It will be two months after the club held its EGM when it revealed it was facing projected annual losses of £872,000 up to the end of May this year.

At a public meeting at the Caley Thistle Social Club in October, chairman Ross Morrison said it had received £250,000 to help solve a £500,000 hole in its cash flow.

The club also revealed plans to raise finance for the football club.

Among them is making the Caledonian Stadium a venue for music concerts with a capacity for 10,000 people.

Westlife are confirmed to play at the stadium on Sunday, June 28.

The club is also looking at opening up a unit in the city centre to give it a bigger presence there.

Plans also include turning its sports bar into a six day-a-week cafe as well as improving its club shop.
