Inverness ice skaters impress as they compete in top European competition in Milan
HIGHLAND Synchronised Ice Skating Teams put in some terrific performances against top European competition at the Milano Easter Trophy in Milan.
The Inverness ice skating club sent three teams to the competition last weekend when they took on some top teams from Belgium, Czechia, Germany, Finland, Italy, Netherlands, Poland, Spain, and Switzerland.
In the adult category, Highland narrowly missed out on a medal but still put in a great performance to finish in fourth.
The team also came away with a personal best score due to their fantastic display.
Aurora also narrowly missed out on a medal when they finished in fourth place in the Basic Novice category.
However, they did earn a new personal best score.
Northern Lights skated in a large mixed age category and earned eighth place as they also achieved a season’s best score.
