Learning to adapt is key for Stags' Mann

Head coach John Mann is looking to change Ross Sutherland’s tactics up ahead of their trip to Banff this weekend.

Saturday’s outing against Garioch resulted in a 17-10 defeat in Invergordon, a result that leaves the Stags still looking for their first league win of the season.

Mann had spoken before the Garioch match about not knowing what to expect, as Garioch had won the league last year but turned down promotion because of concerns over the depth of their squad.

As it turns out, the issue was more with his own team failing to adapt a gameplan that clearly was not working.

"It wasn’t really the result we looked for," Mann admitted.
