Only fans registered on the Inverness Caledonian Thistle ticketing site before April, or bought tickets for the semi final game against Falkirk, are eligible to purchase tickets for the Scottish Cup final against Celtic on Saturday, June 3.
Some fans were left disappointed after being told they were unable to purchase tickets for the final when they went on general sale yesterday.
After cup final tickets went on sale to season ticket holders on Thursday, they were placed on general sale on Tuesday morning.
However, it states on the Inverness Caledonian Thistle website that only supporters who have an account registered with ictfc.tickethour.co.uk before April 1 2023 or those who bought tickets for the semi final against Falkirk are able to purchase tickets from the club.
A maximum of four tickets per person are available on general sale.
Some fans contacted the Inverness Courier yesterday expressing their disappointment that they were not able to purchase tickets for the final after being told they were not registered.
Inverness Caledonian Thistle fans will be seated in the West Stand and the South Stand at Hampden for the final against Celtic on Saturday, June 3.
Inverness reached the final of the Scottish Cup after they defeated Falkirk 3-0 in the semi final at Hampden on Saturday, April 29.
Celtic reached the Scottish Cup final when they defeated Rangers 1-0 on Sunday, April 30.
