Influential midfielder Draper will extend his stay until the summer of 2019, while player-coach Esson has signed until 2018.

Draper has become an integral part of the side since making the switch from Macclesfield in 2012, picking up the man-of-the-match award in 2014 League Cup Final and a winner's medal in the Scottish Cup a year later.

He also recently scored the club's 1500th goal in competitive football with his equaliser against Kilmarnock.

Esson, the club's longest-serving player, has made over 150 appearances since joining Inverness in the summer of 2008.

The ex-Aberdeen youngster filled in capably last season when Dean Brill went down injured and has proved a valuable mentor to the club's young goalkeepers.

One of the first bits of business John Hughes did when taking over in December 2013 was to integrate Esson into the coaching ranks, a role which he will continue with his new deal.
