Alfie Bavidge found the net as Inverness Caledonian Thistle claimed victory at Kelty Hearts in Scottish League One.

Inverness remain in ninth place, but are now only two points behind Annan Athletic who lost 4-3 to Alloa Athletic at Galabank.

Kelty played the better football in the first half and came close to opening the scoring when goalkeeper Musa Dibaga saved a shot from Lewis Moore.

Connor Allan went close for Kelty on the hour mark when he saw his effort go wide of the left post.

But Bavidge who is on loan from Aberdeen, found the winner in the 73rd minute to give them all three points at New Central Park.

The victory comes as Inverness added to their squad on Thursday when they brought in midfielder Ben Brannan from Kilmarnock.
