BOYS and young men aged 11 to 22 from all across the Highlands are being offered the opportunity to develop their strength and endurance through a series of free, physically challenging, high energy dance theatre workshops.

Hosted by world famous choreographer, Matthew Bourne’s company, New Adventures and it’s charitable education arm Re:Bourne, these workshops could lead to the chance to be selected to perform alongside the cast of professional dancers at Eden Court in the critically acclaimed adaptation of William Golding’s novel Lord of the Flies.

Workshops have already been offered to schools but can also be made available to any other community groups this month who might be interested.

Open auditions for boys and young men aged to appear at Eden Court from 28th to 31st May will be held on Sunday 30th March at Eden Court and later on Saturday 12th April at a venue still to be confirmed.

No previous experience is necessary.

For further information regarding the workshops and the audition process, please email project co-ordinator Natali McCleary at natali_mccleary@hotmail com or visit www.new-adventures.net/lordofheflies.
