1 IRISH country star Derek Ryan returns to Eden Court this weekend for one night only.
The Garryhill singer – who moved into country music after spending time as part of boyband D-Side – brings his voice and songs to Inverness on Friday night for a nearly sold out show. The night will feature a mixture of classic Irish and country songs alongside Derek’s original songs.

2 MULTI-sensory performance Bodies of Water travels to the far north this Saturday for two performances at Reiss Village Hall.
The production – which examines humanity’s relationship with water as a substance and a concept – had its world premiere performance at Findhorn last weekend.

3 A WORLD premiere of a new piece as composed by the award-winning Andy Evans will happen in Cromarty this weekend.
The piece The Sutors Suite will be performed by the Aurora Ensemble – drawn from the ranks of the Mahler Players – at the Ross-shire village’s Stables on Sunday afternoon.

4 A SPECIAL talk from a renowned personal trainer who has fought the odds – and his own mental health – to reach the top will take place at Eden Court next week.
Alan Goodwin’s talk – Mental Health Matters: The Man Behind the Muscle – will go in depth on his struggles with and insights on ME and severe depression throughout his adult life, with a question and answer session after.

5 A ONE woman show about death is set to unearth a few skeletons at Findhorn when it arrives at the Universal Hall.
From Liz Rothschild – performer, celebrant and award-winning burial ground owner – the show Outside the Box: A Live Show about Death will offer humour, intelligence and a little bit of taboo-busting in Moray on Wednesday evening.

6 SCOTTISH stand up legend Janey Godley has doubled up her shows at Eden Court next week – after the first show sold out.
The Glasgow comedian – who has become a viral sensation for her voiceover videos and Twitter presence – has added a show at the Inverness theatre on Wednesday night after tickets for her Tuesday night show were all snapped up.

7 LORENZO Novani follows up his recent tour of the Highlands with street magic show Poet of the Impossible with a performance of his one-man theatre production Cracked Tiles next week.
The actor, writer and occasional street magician brings the play – about one man, his late father, and the mystery inside his chip shop – to the Muir Hub at Muir of Ord on Thursday night.
